Congratulations on your order, I am excited to be able to introduce you to your Thermomix.

To ensure you get the best value from your investment, after delivery I will support you and arrange a celebration cook a long with you within 14 days to help get started.

DELIVERY

The delivery video will include:

• Setting up

• Safe use of your Thermomix

• Checking the scales

• The accessories included with your machine

• How to take apart your mixing bowl and blades and put them back together.

• Functions available on your TM6

To help you get started every great dish starts with the perfect base, your Vegetable Stock Paste. For your Vegetable Stock Paste you will need these simple ingredients & cut as per the image below (no need to peel anything).

• A 1 Litre container to put it in – you will need to store this in the fridge.

The recipe is in the Basic Cookbook and cookidoo. If you don’t have all the vegetables it doesn’t matter too much as it is very adaptable to whatever you have available.

*While you are awaiting your delivery, there are some things you can do to get started.

1. Register with Cookidoo www.cookidoo.com.au before the delivery this is where you are going to find thousands of recipes to use on your Thermomix to cook using guided cooking.  It will only take a few minutes to register, then you can start searching recipes  and creating your own Collections.
